- We offer free shipping within Mexico City (CDMX) for all orders.
- For national shipments to other parts of Mexico, orders over $2,000 MXN qualify for free shipping.
Order Preparation:
- Orders take 1 to 6 business days to be prepared in our workshop.
- This time ensures that each piece is ready and in perfect condition before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- CDMX & Metropolitan Area: 1 to 3 business days.
- Rest of the Country: 3 to 7 business days, depending on location and courier service.
General Conditions:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for orders under $2,000 MXN.
- Track your package in real time through the tracking emails we send.
International Shipping: Times & Conditions
We strive to provide the best shopping experience, including international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- North America: 5 to 10 business days.
- Europe: 7 to 15 business days (varies by country).
- Other Countries: 10 to 20 business days.
Conditions:
- Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs and any applicable duties or customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Customs Declarations: We must declare the full product value. We cannot mark items as gifts or understate their value.
